Gift Voucher: Gift vouchers for our accommodation are available for purchase. For details, please contact reception.

Accessibility: Our property is fully accessible. We offer disabled parking, accessible common areas, and a lift for easy access to the apartments. One apartment is equipped with an accessible bathroom, including a shower seat. The property is also accessible to guests who are deaf or hard of hearing.

ATM: Several ATMs are located within 300 meters in downtown Gödöllő.

Car Rental: For car rental information, please contact our reception staff.

Beds and Mattresses: All apartments feature a 180x200 cm double bed with a premium-quality mattress.

Bedding: Bedding is changed every three nights. Additional changes can be requested for a fee of HUF 4,000/apartment. Please help us protect the environment by requesting this service only when necessary

Apartment Setup: We can help you celebrate special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries with customized arrangements. Please ask at reception for options.

Restaurant Reservations: Our reception team can assist you with choosing and booking from the city’s top restaurants.

Baby-Friendly Services & Equipment: Subject to availability, we offer highchairs, baby cots, and toilet seat reducers. Please contact us in advance to arrange these items.

Banks: Multiple banks can be found within a 300 m radius of the property.

Check-In: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible depending on occupancy (fee: HUF 5,000/apartment). Please contact us to arrange early or late check-in.

Security System: Selected areas of the property are monitored by CCTV.

Shoe Care & Cleaning Supplies: These are available upon request at reception. Each room includes a shoehorn.

Tap Water: Tap water is safe to drink both on our premises and throughout Hungary.

Luggage Storage: Free luggage storage is available at reception after check-out.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property in accordance with local law. Violation incurs a fine of HUF 60,000. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, the fire brigade call-out fee will be charged to the responsible guest. A designated smoking area is located 5 meters from the entrance.

Gym: Our fitness center is located on the -1 level and is free of charge. A range of cardio and fitness equipment is available.

Electric Outlets: The property uses 220V/50Hz alternating current.

EV Charging: Four electric vehicle charging points are available in the garage and parking lot (3x16A, approx. 40 kWh). Charging fee: HUF 200/kWh.

Umbrella: Available at reception and should be returned there.

First Aid: A first aid kit is available at reception.

Payment Options: We accept cash (HUF, EUR), debit/credit cards (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex), and SZÉP Card. The local tourist tax (IFA) can be paid in cash or by card.

Bathrobes: Available on request at reception. Please return them before departure.

Bathroom: Each apartment includes a private shower and toilet, along with a movable mirror, hairdryer, hygiene bags, dental and cosmetic kits, shampoo, and shower gel.

Heating & Cooling: All apartments have underfloor heating. Guests can adjust the temperature using the air conditioning unit. In summer, we recommend setting the temperature no lower than 6°C below the outside temperature for health reasons.

Garage: The garage is directly accessible from the property and is equipped with EV/PHEV chargers.

Pharmacy: Please ask reception for the nearest pharmacy location.

Hairdryer: Available in each apartment’s bathroom.

Pets: Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.

Internet/WiFi: Wireless internet is available throughout the property. Speed: 1000 Mbps (download/upload). WiFi password: grandis2024

Office Services: Photocopying, printing, and scanning are available for a fee at reception. A price list is available.

Maintenance: If you notice any malfunctioning equipment in your apartment or in public areas, please notify our staff immediately.

Bicycle Rental: Electric and regular bicycles are available for rent for a fee.

Bicycles must be returned in the condition received. Damages will be charged to the renter.

Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. For late check-out, please notify reception. A fee of HUF 4,000/hour applies. For check-outs after 6:00 PM, a full night’s rate is charged.

Kitchen: Each apartment has its own kitchen equipped with a hob, dishwasher (except A4), cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, paper towels, sink, pots, and kettle.

Lift: A passenger lift is available. Do not use the lift in case of fire.

Massage: For information on massage services, please contact reception.

Maxi Bar: A limited selection of drinks and snacks is available at reception daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Minibar: Checked and restocked daily. Charges are added to your room bill. A price list is available in the apartment. Please inform reception of any consumption on your last day.

Laundry Service: Available until 3:00 PM. Turnaround: 1 business day. Fee: HUF 5,000/load (up to 5 kg).

Feedback: If you experience any inconvenience during your stay, please notify our staff. We are happy to help.

Slippers: Provided in each apartment.

Parking: Free private parking is available in limited capacity. One space per apartment. Please reserve in advance if possible.

Pillow: All pillows are hypoallergenic.

Currency Exchange: Not available on site. Nearby certified exchange offices are located within 400 m.

Extra Bed: Apartments A2 and A6 include sofa beds (160x200 cm). Fee: HUF 20,000/apartment.

Reception: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, please call us. For more details, check the information board at reception.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. The breakfast room is on level -1 and accessible by stairs or lift. For early departures, a breakfast box can be prepared upon request one day in advance.

For special dietary needs, please inform us in advance.

Sauna: Finnish and infrared sauna are available free of charge on level -1.

Available 24/7 upon prior notification of staff.

Safe: Free in-room safe is available. Instructions are provided at the safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room or lobby.

Beauty & Hair Salon: For appointments, please contact reception. We will be happy to assist.

Cleaning: Daily cleaning is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If the "Do Not Disturb" sign is activated, staff will not enter or clean the apartment.

Blankets: Extra blankets are available upon request at reception.

Lost & Found: Lost items are kept for 3 months. Please contact us for assistance.

Taxi: For taxi booking or special transfers, please ask our reception staff.

Towels: Changed every three days. Towels placed on the floor will be replaced daily. To support sustainability, please hang used towels on the rack if they can be reused.

Fire/Emergency: In case of fire, evacuate immediately using the stairs – not the lift. Emergency exits are marked on doors and hallways. Call 112 if needed.

Fire Equipment: Fire extinguishers are located in each apartment and on every floor, clearly marked. A full sprinkler system is installed throughout the property.

Medical Help: In case of a health issue, contact reception. First aid kit available. We can also help call a doctor. Please note we cannot provide medications.

Emergency: In case of an emergency, call 112 and inform our staff or use the contact details provided at reception.

Ironing Service: Available until 3:00 PM. Turnaround: 1 business day. Fee: HUF 2,000/item (shirt, blouse, trousers).

Sewing Kit: Available at reception.
