When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in may be possible depending on occupancy (HUF 5,000 per apartment). If you would like a late check-out, please let us know the day before departure.
What if I arrive after 18:00?
No problem: for arrivals after 18:00 we send you a PIN code by e-mail, so you can let yourself into your apartment without a key. The check-in formalities are completed the next day. Our reception is open daily from 6:00 to 18:00.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes – you can leave your luggage free of charge in a lockable cabinet at the reception, before check-in or after check-out.
How do I get to you?
We are about 30 minutes from Budapest by car via the M3 motorway, and easy to reach by HÉV suburban train or train. You will find directions and a map on our Contact page.

Individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge until the 3rd day before arrival. For later cancellations, no-shows or early departure, the advance payment is retained as a cancellation fee. Full details are in our General Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and ConditionsDo I need to pay a deposit?
To confirm your booking we ask for an advance payment of 30% of the total price by bank transfer, or a credit card guarantee. The balance can be paid at the reception.
Can I pay with a SZÉP card?
Yes – we accept SZÉP cards from all three issuers: OTP, MBH and K&H. You can also pay in cash or by bank card.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
For stays of more than three nights, ask for our individual offer – we will be happy to send you one.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
Is an extra bed or baby cot available?
Extra beds are available in apartments A2 and A6: HUF 16,800 per night, or HUF 10,500 per night for children aged 2–16. Baby cots, high chairs and toilet seat reducers are available on request, subject to availability.
Is there parking?
Every apartment comes with one free, partly covered parking space or garage. EV charging is available for a fee – please let us know in advance.
Is breakfast available?
We serve a buffet breakfast in our dining room every day from 7:00 to 10:00.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi with up to 1000 Mbps is available throughout the property.
Can I use the sauna and the gym?
Yes. The sauna can be used after prior arrangement, the gym is open 24/7. Guests under 16 may use the wellness facilities only under adult supervision.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in the designated area next to the garage; it is strictly prohibited everywhere else on the premises.
